Return & Refund Policy
We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@drinklypaw.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping cost: A flat return shipping fee of $30 USD applies, charged once per return, and is the customer's responsibility.
Restocking fee: A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Cancellations before shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been fulfilled (shipped). To cancel, contact us at support@drinklypaw.com. Once an order has been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and instead follows the return process above.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee and return shipping cost, within 10 business days. If your cancellation is approved before fulfillment, you'll receive a full refund within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@drinklypaw.com.
