Order Processing (Handling Time)
Orders are dispatched the same business day when placed before our daily cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking within 24 hours of dispatch.
Orders with incomplete or inaccurate address details may experience a short delay while we verify the information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve. No shipping charges are added at checkout.
Delivery Times (Transit)
Estimated delivery times after dispatch, in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays):
- United States: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 1–4 business days
The dispatch day is not included in these estimates. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; actual delivery may vary due to carrier conditions.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates can take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the parcel has left our facility.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we can only make changes within a short window before dispatch. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reship it to the correct address or issue a refund, at our discretion. DrinklyPaw is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery depot first, then contact us at support@drinklypaw.com so we can investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to international sanctions and service provider restrictions, we do not fulfill orders or ship to sanctioned countries and regions as designated by the U.S. government. Any orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.
